Terms of Service

☆General terms:
▪︎ I have the right to decline commissions for any reasons☆Revisions:
▪︎ major revisions are only allowed during the sketching stage
▪︎ after the sketch approval only minor revisions will be entertained
▪︎ additional fees will be applied to any major revisions after the sketching stage☆Deadlines:
▪︎ a commission should be completed within 1 to 4 months
▪︎ 1 to 4 months worktime begins upon the sketch being sent and approved
▪︎ if you would like to set a hard deadline, additional fees may apply☆Payments:
▪︎ full payment upfront
▪︎ Installment payment can be discussed only for commissions over 200 usd
▪︎ payment via wise, gcash, or vgen☆Refund Policy:
▪︎ no refunds once I begin working on the commission☆Copyright/Usage Policy:
▪︎ I retain the right to use your commission for my portfolio and post them on my social media (with a watermark, tagging the commissioner if wanted.)
▪︎ if you'd like to keep a commission private there will be an additional fee of +75% of the total commission price
▪︎ commercial use of the artwork will incur an additional charge of +150% of the total commission price

Rates

☆General Information:
▪︎ simple backgrounds such as a solid color or a simple pattern will be free of charge
▪︎ should a background be considered more complex, additional fees starting from 20 USD will be charged
▪︎ additional character/s will incur and additional +80% per additional character of the total commission price (4 characters max)If you're interested in commissioning me, you can dm me or check out my vgen
